Its probably better to split into say 10 gb chunks then rejoin it. That is if anyone's obsessed with the need for that much quality mind you I was on the NFSA site and it's normal for say a 1 hr tape 2" quad to be roughly 750 GB so i'm not surprised wirh the size.

Right, I’m totally not expecting people to jump to download this, it’s purely for archival purposes to keep the original ProRes file. I have made a much smaller 2GB reduction available which barely loses any quality whatsoever, and if there is interest I am happy to share an mp4 version of my sync!
