I posted the non-watermarked version of this KCRA reel a while back, then returned it to box-o-drives.

Does anyone have that handy for upload?

I think what got linked is from a different news station, and a slightly different angle, but the newsreels all look so similar to each other its hard to tell!

Yours is from KPIX in the Bay; KCRA is a TV station in Sacramento. Given the similarity of the angles, I'd guess all the press cameras were given the same area to film from, likely a box near the broadcast booth. But the KCRA reel does have at least one keeper, the band climbing on stage from the armored car.

Oh, absolutely! I definitely need to make a new edit of all the Candlestick footage, with multicams and tighter editing. I'll be working on that!
