I saw a pic of a bootleg THE BEATLES, "GET BACK" THE MARTIN MIX, PCS 7080-2... apparently containing GM’s mixes of tracks from the Get Back sessions.. anyone know this, or have this?
I know he mixed the singles, and Teddy Boy (I think), but wasn’t aware of others...

It's the old acetate, done right! Minus all that echo!

Re: Get Back “The Martin Mix” bootleg
Thanks for all the Get Back downloads that have recently appeared on this forum. Kum Back was my first boot back in the early 70's and I love the Glyn Johns mixes. My understanding is that Glyn made 3 rejected attempts at compiling the Get Back LP; all 3 similar but different. I am familiar with the work of MasterJedi and Helter Skelter and their restorations are splendid. Here's my question: what are the best sounding/most complete sources for the 3 different Glyn Johns attempts?

Hi bonniegreg -- I don't know which sources are the best for the Glyn Johns compilations (but would love to know the answer as well).
I recently found this site devoted to the different "versions" or compilations that Glyn Johns put together in 1969 and early 1970; according to this site, GJ made FOUR compilations (with #2 and #3 being nearly identical) instead of only three... it's a very in-depth and fascinating website, I think run by Chazz Avery:

BTW, I'd love to hear MasterJedi's and Helter Skelter's restorations... do you (or someone else) have them to share by any chance?
