Heart Play seems to be something of a unique oddity in Lennon's catalogue. Never reissued since 1983, never on CD, yet listed on JL.com as a normal LP. But while the Unfinished Music LPs have long been part of the canon, and reissued more than once, this has never re-emerged. Unlike other similarly 'passed over' Lennon releases (Menlove Ave, Acoustic), it can't even be found on YouTube. Anyone know why?
And, to get to the point, does anyone have a digital copy?

Re: Heart Play
Having listened to this (thanks again!), I'm more confused than before as to why it's never been made available since the original release. It comes across as John's 1980 manifesto and, audio quality aside, the manifesto doesn't sound dated - 'don't look to me (or anyone else) for answers' comes across loud and clear. Might have complemented the Stripped Down Double Fantasy rather nicely.
