Just wanted to let people know, that a bunch of really nice quality color footage was just openly released.

Amazing stuff! And so much of it. Thanks for the alert.

Seeing events only familiar for years as B/W now in glorious technicolour is always a thrill. Is this legit colour film, or some AI magic?

Their eyeballs and teeth aren't the same color as their skin, so I would guess it's true color.

If it's colorized, then we've arrived at true quality colorization, which would be huge.

That is real color! or colour in your British case.

As someone who colorizes Beatle footage, very nice to have this footage! Perfect source if someone wants to colorize the actual performance !

A few observations so far:

The March 20th Ready Steady Go footage seems to be the shortest, as there's only a minute and a half, but it does have around 30 seconds of them playing It Won't Be Long in dress rehearsal.

The November '64 Ready Steady Go footage seems to contain both footage from the dress rehearsal and the actual aired performance - you can create multicams from it! I've synced some clips of She's A Woman, Baby's In Black, and I Feel Fine so far.
