Sure was, three very well-known times in fandom circles.

• "Lady Madonna" Promo shoot ("Hey Bulldog" recording session) - 11 Feb 1968
• Apple promotional video for investors (Recording "Blackbird", editing and mixing "Revolution 9" - 11 June 1968
• Filming for Music! documentary (Recording "Hey Jude") 30 July 1968

There is very little film footage of The Beatles working in the studio outside of the Get Back sessions. There's also the footage shot for the TV special Follow The Beatles between 25-27 February 1964 during the A Hard Day's Night album sessions.

No, only the footage listed above was ever filmed. The only actual White Album footage that was ever shot was the Blackbird footage at EMI (with a little bit of acoustic Helter Skelter and Mother Nature's Son) and the EMI Hey Jude session footage
