There was a bootleg named "Priscilla", that I think might have been exclusively on bootlegzone, not sure about that. I think that is the source of the tracks you are thinking of. I'll see if I can find more info.

I don't think he was teaching her per se, but rather running through the song trying to find the right arrangement for her, that is, until George Martin told them both it was too high for her to sing and so they ended up transposing to a lower key - with George Martin on piano. I think it was booked studio time to come up with a suitable arrangement for the song that worked for Cilla.
