For the record, and not entirely unrelated, Jack Benny was one of the greatest comedians we've ever had over here on this side of the pond. Not that he's completely forgotten, but he began broadcasting way back in 1932, and passed in 1974 (50 years ago), so it's been a long time without him.
His radio shows, especially at their late 1930's/early 1940's heights are still as funny as ever. Nothing came close.
