Really like I Call Your Name. Took care of the boomy bass. And you can really hear George's guitar work.

Could you give a go to A Parlophone Rehearsal Session? Would love to hear those cleaned up.

Thanks!

I think that The Night Before is great, love to hear it without the voiceover, well done though.

Great work. Looks like Lord Reith has some new competition. I find it strange how many 1963 performances have turned up in better quality than ones from 1965 like The Night Before.

I thought that too. It's like the ONLY alternate version of that track we'll probably ever get but sounds like it was recorded from transistor radio!

I ain't lord Reith but honoured to be mentioned in the same sentence, I did remove the voice over, but it sounded weird, beautiful dreamer worked OK though, will look into the parlophone tape, hope no-one minds me using small amounts of echo, I just want these things listenable, especially the tracks we only have one version of

Good work on these, I have tried to remove this distortion myself but have had no luck in most cases. These recordings were all made on one machine which I believe was probably battery powered and when the input signal went even slightly over 0vu it completely overloaded the front end and you get that very distorted sound. It's mostly intermodulation distortion consisting of spurious low frequency tones, very hard to remove.
