I don't know if it's being phased in, but this takes effect for me from next week. Received by email a few days ago.
100 DL limit on my uploads. Also note the default expiry will be 3 days.

Okay, mikec, thanks for answering my question.
You explained in detail, including the circumstances behind the scenes, so it became clear to me.
If a genuine FULL UNEDITED Lagos tape will be available in the future, then we'll just have to wait patiently until then.
One disappointing aspect of this digitally transferred source is the problem that it has probably not been properly decoded with Dolby A-type noise reduction.
The sound quality of both MC and HMC is somewhat muffled. This is a problem that occurred when the transfer was made from tape and will not be permanently resolved unless it is re-transferred from the master tape again.

I searched all over and it shows nothing about a new plan with a 3 day default or 100 download limit. I figure this would definitely be mentioned on Wetransfer but nothing.
