Can someone confirm No Words is a full length version?
The Misterclaudel set contains two "No Words" instrumentals which no doubt are from those auctioned Emerick tapes.
No Words #1 is a false starts that lasts 0:14
No Words #2 is a much longer that fades at the end. It lasts 4:16 though! So I *think* it's actually more complete than the officially released version.
Thanks for the hint; I kind of regret to have pre-ordererd (my order has just been set) the His Master's Choice set;
The early instrumnental take of "No Words" (I only heard an audio snippet) from the auctioned tape; sounds superb and almost like a George Harrison composition.
By the way, is the sound quality of the Misterclaudel set as good as these auctioned tapes from which we have some short excerpts or a bit muffled ?

Misterclaudel's sound quality is exceptional on the auction tapes. I don't have a copy of the excerpts that might've been teased before the auction to compare with though.
I know what you mean about pre-ordering products. I wouldn't have done that for many other boots but I did it for the HMC just out of fear that it might sell out. Now I'm just scratching my head, hoping I'll get my merchandise soon.

I respect the idea of "withholding" primarily based upon the premise that those interested parties will eventually hear the material in question anyhow. I have however wondered from the outset if the "withholding" principle that was first implemented years ago on BZ as an inducement to encourage further releases has borne any fruit? Just hazarding a guess that there is probably no way of knowing but given that this concept/idea has been out there among the community for years now, it would be interesting to know if it has resulted in anything positive or not?
