This is where it all started for me, and many of us! Melvin Records first issued an Ed Sullivan LP in the 1970s, and (thankfully) the sound quality has improved over the decades! This particular 1964-1965 compilation was upgraded to four-stem stereo in 2022, then remixed in 2023. Some new mixes and tweaking took place late last year. It is recommended that we all give this a spin on Feb. 9!!

BONUS DISK: While the Fabs were in America, BBC radio on Feb. 15 aired a show recorded on Jan. 7. This has now been mixed in four-stem, from the upgraded BBC series shared by Lord Reith in mono. This particular 7-song show was slightly improved by equalization to remove some of the low-frequency boominess. Enjoy!
