This the closest I could come with. Someone who has either the VHS or the DVD might have the info.
Pepperland
March of the Meanies
Yellow Submarine
A Beginning (short orchestral piece, available on Anthology 3)
Eleanor Rigby (btw A Beginning - Eleanor Rigby sounds pretty good together)
Love You To
A Day In The Life (I suggest getting the one from the blue album or even Love, unless you want weird disconnected applause at the beginning and the inner groove at the end)
All Together Now
Sea Of Time
When I’m Sixty Four (get it from the Sgt. Pepper 2017 remix for the best version)
Only A Northern Song
Sea Of Monsters
Nowhere Man
Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds (again, 2017 remix)
Sea of Holes
Yellow Submarine in Pepperland
Think For Yourself
Pepperland Laid Waste
Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band (2017 remix)
With A Little Help From My Friends (2017 remix)
All You Need Is Love
Baby You’re A Rich Man
Hey Bulldog
It’s All Too Much
25 (optional). At the end of the movie after It’s All Too Much, they sing All Together Now again. If you don’t want redundancies skip it, if you’re a completionist add i

Re: Yellow submarine - original mono film soundtrack
I looked into the files Yves shared - thank you - they are all about a half-step sharp and fast, and some cut off early, but they are unique stereo mixes of Beatles songs, with nice uncluttered mixes and some edited down. The version of A Beginning shared by Yves is the Anthology take that was created for Don't Pass Me By. It has slightly higher flutes and doesn't have the cellos that create the smokestacks blowing so jarringly, leading into Eleanor Rigby. I have always loved that segment in the film. I took my DVD and extracted the unique version of A Beginning and Eleanor Rigby. I extracted all of the unique tracks from Yves files and the DVD and tuned them and brought them to the right time, AB-ing them with the Yellow Submarine Songtrack same titles for pitch, gain and speed. I did boost Eleanor Rigby a bit - otherwise everything else are the film mixes. Interestingly - the Songtrack mixes are similar in concept but each is different. Eleanor Rigby, for instance, has single tracked Paul on "all the lonely people", whereas the film version is double tracked. It's All Too Much and All You Need Is Love are very edited down from the Songtrack versions. I have mp3's from a recording of the original film mixes - and they are all mono mixes - so these stereo film mixes from the DVD were created for the DVD - or possibly for the 1989 video release. Anyway, they are nice unique stereo mixes for the completist - and here you are - enjoy.
