Scanned from a 16mm home viewing dupe/print in 5K and color corrected/downscaled to 1440x1080.
This is a very rough print with lots of splices. No work was done to fill in missing frames or reel transitions so this is a "grindhouse" release.
This release is based on the original international theatrical release (no Hey Bulldog and different cut of the film) For more information on those differences check out my LaserDisc thread here: viewtopic.php?t=2895
Many thanks to all the people who helped purchase this print including:

Included as a bonus are proxy encodes of both reels with no crop keep in mind this is a much older encode, but if you want to watch the print raw you can

I can try to restorate it in 4K, but I will need the 5K print version...Venny wrote: ↑Wed Dec 27, 2023 11:17 am Scanned from a 16mm home viewing dupe/print in 5K and color corrected/downscaled to 1440x1080.

Re: The Beatles - Yellow Submarine (HD 16mm Scan)
I ask you kindly not to. Not only is it a waste of time since it's a dupe of a 35mm print so there is damage on TOP of damage to work through, but I'd rather not go out of my way to get the raw 5K transfer off a LTO Tape so someone can do something for me. So no thanks respectfullyPepe_Java wrote: ↑Fri Dec 29, 2023 4:00 pmI can try to restorate it in 4K, but I will need the 5K print version...Venny wrote: ↑Wed Dec 27, 2023 11:17 am Scanned from a 16mm home viewing dupe/print in 5K and color corrected/downscaled to 1440x1080.

It's a shorter cut of the film without the Hey Bulldog sceneEngonoceras wrote: ↑Wed Jan 03, 2024 12:41 pm Is there something in these that is not in the official blu-ray?
