I took your suggestion and corrected the audio 331 ms.

Now, you'll notice that the drums are OK, the audience is OK, the instruments are OK, the band OK... Paul speaking is OK... but when he sings it seems to be slightly out of sync (just a little). Could it be that his voice is somehow corrected or dubbed for streaming?
