The Beatles At The Beeb 1982 extended
This is something I made for myself a while ago but I thought I may as well share it for anyone else who might enjoy it. It is based on the 1982 special that aired in the UK on Sunday 7th March 1982. To this I have added in some extra songs that were broadcast in later versions both in the UK and the US, to create the longest possible version of 160 minutes. All songs have been upgraded and extended to their full length, plus one extra track I couldn't resist throwing in.
This is part 1. Part 2 will be tomorrow.

I too love all things Beeb, so many thanks. As an aside, would love to get good quality of all Radio 1 Scene & Heard programmes featuring the Beatles, in particular, the Let It Be special.
Many thanks LR for all your fabulous Beeb work.

Re: The Beatles At The Beeb 1982 extended
This is great, thanks so much LR!
I remember buying a 3LP set when I was in New York in 1986. I’d heard the original show on the BBC in the UK and it was great to have this disc, and, even better, the US broadcast was an extended version! But… the pressing was noisy and warped and you had to crank up the volume to get a decent sound, which, of course, also amplified the snaps, crackles and pops.
A great trip listening to your version, and I'm looking forward to Part 2.
