Not really... this is neither an official record, nor a boot. They sell records 'in the open' because they claim the recordings are no more copyright protected. Hence the Not For Sale in America warning where the rules might be different. Those guys don´t have more right to release those records than you and me.

I bought the record from the most famous shop across the globe. The price is of course way too high since they don´t pay anyone without a shame - and risk ?. So it is my extended pleasure to share it for free.
