And to kick off the season of goodwill, here is a new one from me...
This is the end result of my "Star Club Experiments" thread. It contains all 15 songs I previewed (with additional improvements) plus 8 others.
I wanted to create a companion piece to Rockin' Roxburgh Deluxe Edition, a well-paced 60 minute set like the Beatles would have played so many hundreds of times back in their club days. Something that captures the excitement and magic of their very early performances, in so far as audio on its own can do. Something that can live up to John's famous statement on the back cover. It is also a celebration of youth and rebellion, hence the title "Seventeen" which conveniently was also the original title for I Saw Her Standing There.
As for the music, I've boosted the vocals and generally ironed out the instrumental balance and focused the sound of the club so it is not so blurry. I've also greatly boosted the volume of the chat between songs, and you can follow this and the lyrics in either the lyric sheet or the embedded lyrics (which requires a player with Lyrics compatibility, like Foobar or Black Player).
By the way, this is mono. I did try various stereo soundscapes but none of them sounded as natural as the mono to me.
Anyway, hope you enjoy it.

Re: MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Oh man-- thank you! This looks fantastic. I really hope Peter Jackson somehow gets a copy of this and is inspired by it.
