It does not need a decryption key
the problem is that you are not getting the full link address
you need to get full link into address to access and download
just copy and paste doesn't do this as it just copies truncated posted link

Good to see others remixing the Tokyo shows! I've been mixing Tokyo shows for a couple of years, and this the very latest of what I came up with. The key is always starting with the best mono sound.
