Manchester 1979 (MCCD 778-781)

Background: A recording said to be from Paul McCartney & Wings' November 29, 1979 Manchester England show surfaced on YouTube a couple of months ago. Non Label quickly booted a speed-corrected Graf Zeppelin remaster of that YouTube share as "Manchester Second Night." At the same time, Misterclaudel announced that they'd soon release a 4-cd set featuring that show and a previously-circulating recording of Paul's November 28, 1979 Manchester show.

And then the power of BeatlegDB came to the fore.

TAKRL* shared the Non Label boot here (viewtopic.php?t=7435&hilit=manchester) almost as quickly as it came out-- and people here figured out that the date of that show was wrong. Instead of being from November 29, it was from November 28.

In response, Misterclaudel changed the artwork of their upcoming set**. Instead of advertising it as featuring two distinct shows, they represent it as featuring two distinct audio sources of the same show. Fair play to them, I guess.

FWIW, Misterclaudel's "Audience Source 2" tape runs at a different speed than the Non Label release. I'm not sure which is correct. Any thoughts?
