We are also offering now a second version of our UK COLLECTION, coupling the UK mono BM 1 LP Box Set with the UK stereo BC 13 LP Box Set. MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR is replaced with UK RARITIES. We still recommend the MFSL versions as the best stereo sources, but their [sic] have been arguments from purists that MOFI re-equalized their versions and that the UK versions are more accurate sounding, less exaggerated. The original release date for this set was 2004.

That’s correct. Magical Mystery Tour wasn’t included in the BC 13 box set.

The audio is the same. I did rip both sets and the tags have different information.
