TB - Discussion In 1969 45 spoken disc

Hi, folks! Got a head-scratcher here. It was a 45 RPM transfer inside another directory. So I don't know if it came with the CD it was in with, or not. Never seen one before. No idea what year, anything, unless 2015 is it. Maybe you can help us all by telling us its source, if you know.

This was part of a box set from Japan called Hey Jude. I uploaded this a while back.
There's a CD with 16 tracks along with a 45rpm single. the one you posted.
