Here's a revision to this release adding the single Day Tripper - We Can Work It Out (Disque Americ) along with an alternate remix of Nowhere Man using the Rockband mix. IMO, less wully than the original stereo NM mix -

Since Yesterday and Today was never issued in Canada in CD (and Disque Americ only pressed CDs at their Drummondville plant), did you use their pressing of the Red Album to get these 2 single tracks?Bombers_1969 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2024 2:58 pm Here's a revision to this release adding the single Day Tripper - We Can Work It Out (Disque Americ) along with an alternate remix of Nowhere Man using the Rockband mix. Used a Canadian Pressing EMI Disque Americ provided by a member of this forum.yymca6 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2024 4:55 pmSince Yesterday and Today was never issued in Canada in CD (and Disque Americ only pressed CDs at their Drummondville plant), did you use their pressing of the Red Album to get these 2 single tracks?Bombers_1969 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2024 2:58 pm Here's a revision to this release adding the single Day Tripper - We Can Work It Out (Disque Americ) along with an alternate remix of Nowhere Man using the Rockband mix. So you used the Red album as it's the only place you can get these2 songs on a Disque Americ pressing. And at the time they were pressing Beatles CD (from 1989 to 1994-1995), most of the back tray covers did not show the EMI logo. They started using all 3 logos (Parlophone, Apple and EMI) around mid-1993 when they started using artwork from its 3rd printing and on. First printing had only Parlophone, then second printing in 1991 had both Parlophone and Apple and from 1993 they had the 3 logos.Bombers_1969 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2024 5:05 pmUsed a Canadian Pressing EMI Disque Americ provided by a member of this forum.yymca6 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2024 4:55 pmSince Yesterday and Today was never issued in Canada in CD (and Disque Americ only pressed CDs at their Drummondville plant), did you use their pressing of the Red Album to get these 2 single tracks?Bombers_1969 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2024 2:58 pm Here's a revision to this release adding the single Day Tripper - We Can Work It Out (Disque Americ) along with an alternate remix of Nowhere Man using the Rockband mix. Did some further research. It was vinylwall's share that you assisted with in the DA Revolver thread ...yymca6 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2024 5:11 pmSo you used the Red album as it's the only place you can get these2 songs on a Disque Americ pressing.
