I may be wrong, but I'm fairly certain the third mix is the one included in Andrewshcka's re-up. It's labelled "Grow Old With Me (double tracked vsn no.2)". It was the second of the double-tracked versions (hence the title) but the third mix overall.

These are the ones I have, in order.
1. Grow Old with Me (Finished by Lord Reith)
2. Grow Old with Me (Double tracked version)
3. Grow Old with Me (Double tracked version No. 2)
