(Hopefully this doesn't get taken down like the Evolver 62 show I posted...)

Recorded Sunday 25th June 2023 2.30pm at The Lowry, Salford, UK. Mark Lewisohn with guest Stuart Maconie.

I enjoyed it more than Evolver 62 as that covered much of what you will have read in Tune In. But it was in a different format... I think the ideal would have been to have had the new 63 show in the format of Evolver 62 - with just Mark talking to the audience so that the interviewer (in this case Stuart Maconie) doesn't keep going off on a tangent like talking about Get Back. But I can understand why Mark didn't do that as the preparation time would be huge... and he has a book to write! (He gave no clue as to when that is coming by the way.)

Anyways, enjoy! Hopefully you can find the corresponding photos, videos etc on the internet. (e.g. I was amazed to see the actual video clip of Paul meeting the winner of a competition he had just judged... the same girl he would later write about in She's Leaving Home...)

I was at the Lowry on Sunday but I only recorded parts of the show in the hope that the Misery demo would be played.

Frustratingly you got to see the various mp4s, documents etc in Lewisohn's computer folder as he selected them and there it was: "Misery demo 630127"

I was thinking "go on Mark, click on that, click on that!"

Great show though and Stuart Maconie was a great guest.

Yeah, so Mark would just search through the files & folders on his Macbook to find something which illustrated what they were talking about... it was a bit weird at first as I was constantly worried that Mark wouldn't be able to find the right clip/photo etc. (I know what I'm like during work calls when I can't immediately find a document I need!).
Obviously there were some clips etc that he was desperate to show, but it was a shame that he clearly had so many interesting-looking documents on his Macbook but we'll never get to see them. Oh well...
