BEATLES FOR SALE - new remix (from PETER61's stems)REUP request
Hi there
I was waiting to see if anyone had attempted to use the stems provided by Pierre (Peter61)
to create their own version of “BEATLES FOR SALE” Thanks Peter!!
Here is my offering, but have had to use some EQ to get the audio levels right (so please don’t criticize me unduly,) if it does not sound like the original 1964 version...!!!.
I like the way the vocals have been split, so have capitalised on this with a wider mix to suit the occasion
Hope you enjoy

fishbeardsunset, glad if you were able to create 5.1 mixes from the mixes I made, I listened to yours and although I don't have 5.1 system, I can hear where you set each instrument/vocals on yours and it seems to be quite good!

Thanks Peter and others- for your comments.
I don't have a 5.1 system either. Essentially, I took your individual flac files for each song (MONO),and then created a "stereo file" after doing some tweaking with the panning. Some of the bit rates were a tad low- and it did need a bit of EQ to get them to sound reasonably ok, but hey it saved me having to create the stems myself (albeit I did do a version of Beatles for Sale using the MFSL vinyl disk from Dr Robert's collection a while back- but yours had the vocal separations which i quite enjoyed playing around with
