Just brought it up again and the files are now there. One Drive is a weird beast, I am not a fan. Buggy and downloads are very slow, you would think Microsoft could do better.

Yeah, One Drive can have issues. Just checked myself and the files are still there.

I think your issue is you need to have a Microsoft One Drive Acct in order to access this download. So just create a One Drive acct for yourself and you should be good to go.
