Whatever happened to Purple Chick?

Just curious how this really great fan label seem to have disappeared somewhere around the turn of the 2000s to the 2010s.
Anyone got any information about this?

Purple Chick is still out there. Within the last few years, they did a full upgrade of their Buddy Holly set. I don't know when their Chuck Berry set came out, but that feels pretty recent, too.

They stopped working on Beatles, though, even as loads of upgrades keep coming...
