Nice combo of nature sounds and George's singing.

Really enjoyed "... Northern Song" - it has more pucnh than the solitary stereo release on Songtrack. Did anyone catch George saying "Make it heavy" in the last seconds of your mix? I am wondering, are you able to mix an instrumental only version from your stems? How about mixes with and without the fx? Keep up the fab work!

I don't know what George is saying at the end... :? They said some weird things ad lib.

I could do some more mixes yes. I'll add it to the list! :)

Re: EVOLVER (Sour Milk Sea)

And still we are on a George trajectory! Today it is Sour Milk Sea. I've taken just his vocals and Chuck Berry guitar and added it to the Lomax version, from which I discarded Jackie's vocal (and discovered in the process that George is actually singing as well in the background on the left... so I left this in).

Helpfully, the Lomax version is in the same key and has the same structure. So they fit together nicely. This was a great rocker, and it's a shame he threw it away on someone who didn't sing it particularly well.

Enjoy! Image

Yes, very nice, indeed! It really is too bad that George didn't get to release this one with the Fab Four.
As you said, Lomax didn't do a great job (IMHO) and the song is a good rocker.
