However Anthology 1 seems to be missing 7 tracks on CD1 and 5 on CD2
and 3 tracks on CD1, Anthology 2.

It appears that some of the file names are incorrect. To test it, I renamed the files and added the ".FLAC" suffix to those misnamed files.
I will rename them and reupload.
