But the market is so heavy in the favor of NTSC conversions from say way back in the 90s or earlier so consequently a lot of conversions and pal>ntsc cons and attempts of cinvering the ntsc 'pal conversion'>back to pal attempts have almost obliterated the very PAL sources they originated from its almost hopeless to get a from the original source it came from.

Let's not forget the awful triple conversions on the 1+ bluray, like Hey Jude:

- taped in NTSC format

- transcoded to PAL in the 90s

- PAL tapes transcoded to 59.94 for bluray

result = garbage.

What I wish I could see, is a video...but, I will settle for a single photo...of The Beatles during their PERFORMANCE(ie songs played on the show) that also shows the studio audience.

I think the closest you'll get to what you're looking for is a screenshot of the Beatles' very first moment on the show.

Following the show opening and a commercial break, Ed Sullivan introduces the Beatles. After his introduction, the camera cuts to the audience, then the picture dissolves from the audience to the band themselves. This image shows the dissolve from the audience to the Beatles.

I will disclose the most interesting piece of related trivia...as learned by ME!
There is only one thing harder to find than the picture I am seeking...
another person who will admit that they haven't seen one either!
Again...ANY photo that shows The Beatles on Ed Sullivan during broadcast that also shows an audience!
ALL Audience footage for the show is canned generic efforts that never show the artist.
