Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, The little "whooshes" near the end of Come Together are not in sync with the rest of the song. Listen to the 1969 Mix, then come back to the 2019 Mix. It's at the 3:00 mark.

Giles' Abbey Road remix is the only one of the bunch that I don't listen to frequently. It has a lot of weird problems that aren't in the other albums. For instance, the piano is missing in a few spots in the 2019 mix of Something, which is strangely enough on the 1+ mix of it.RalseiDeltarune wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 2:28 pm Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, The little "whooshes" near the end of Come Together are not in sync with the rest of the song. Yeah, we noticed that from day one. Giles messed up the fade in and fade out and now they are out of time.
Giles' bizarre mixing choices and constant use of ADT and floaty sounding elements really ruin most of these mixes for me. Very cheap and amateurish sounding. Actually anyone with the Rock Band stems could make better mixes.
Here's part 1 and 2 of the medley as an example:

Re: The Beatles... De-Martin'ed. (2022) Abbey Road OUT NOW!
I think it's a constant volume guitar thing or maybe even a mellotron/Moog thing and they just faded it in and out during the stereo mix. Giles got the timing wrong because he's not familiar with the material believe it or not. He was not a Beatles fan growing up.RalseiDeltarune wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 11:57 pmOh so that's what you call those...Engonoceras wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 11:52 pmThe faded in guitar pedal things?RalseiDeltarune wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 2:28 pm Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, The little "whooshes" near the end of Come Together are not in sync with the rest of the song. Re: The Beatles... De-Martin'ed. (2022) LET IT BE OUT NOW!
And finally, we have what very well could be the most depressing Beatles album... The 2021 Mix of Let It Be.
Some of these songs I think sound similar to the 2021 Mix, but I expanded the stereo a bit and also applied some decompression.
The reason I think this album's depressing partly has to do with this one being their last, but also because it showed great potential for what they all could have done together in the 1970's. But hey, at least we have the solo albums.
Available for One Week.

Change the Xs into Ts. Enjoy!
