Here's Volume 1. It's an ISO file which plays as is in VLC. You can use software to extract the VIDEO_TS structure from the ISO if you prefer. Or burn the ISO to a DVD media, then extract the VIDEO_TS structure from there.

Unfortunately I don't have Volume 5.
