Excellent work! :D

Since it looks like the bus is headed towards Maidenhead (the opposite direction to Henley-on-Thames) does that indicate that the footage is out of sequence?

The bus is heading away from Maidenhead on the A4. If it continues on this road it eventually comes to the Wee Waif pub on the left which ties in with the opening section of the dining scene outtake.
I think we need to identify more locations to determine if the footage is in sequence. Although this small section seems correct - they go onto the roundabout, pass the turn off for the M4, take the A4 exit, pass the trucks stopped on the right, passed the Fosters pub (there is a building on the right which I suspect is correct but I can't find any reference to it being called Fosters), then passed the Wheatsheaf on the left.
They could of spent the day going round the same area criss-crossing and doubling back on the same roads. The footage where the bus turns left onto the bridge at Henley is taking the bus away from the town centre (where it stops at the lights) so they must have spent a while going round the streets.

The sign was in 2008 the 'same'as in 1967; and the rebuilding was in Aug. 2016 according to Google maps...

Yes, that's the one Fl. It looks the right sort of shape but possibly to modern? Could've been rebuilt/remodelled. There is an older red brick building just visible through the trees which might confirm the location.

the 'gardenwall' fits but the surrounding bildings are covered by the trees; but I think its the right spot and is in place in the route although the building it self has been modernesed.

Found "Cores End Garage"

Doug - "Coxes End" seemed a likely name as it would make sense for the area - boating on the Thames, Henley Regatta etc

And the level crossing shortly afterwards could have been here. The old maps show a level crossing, but there's nothing remaining to compare with.

The bus goes right here and down West Street in Marlow

There's a reasonably sized section of footage that seems to be in the correct order. The main Henley part continues out of Henley passed this pub

then under this bridge travelling towards Marlow

I think we can safely say this wasn't done before Alsop Square.
