Paul in Japan 2018: Multitrack surround sound!

the end of let 'em in, it's not properly synched, check out the "thank you" of paul

OK, I checked that out. I found the problem: The soundboard recording has an edit (cut) just before the "Thank You" at 5:28 with a bit of audio missing, whereas the audience recording is complete. It's not my syncing error, I'm not that sloppy . But I trusted the tapes, boo.

Here's a fixed version, with the "Thank You" properly synched and a gentle fade out/fade in on the soundboard applause right before it to ease the resulting gap that I could not refill otherwise (the audience recording cheering nicely covers it up):

The audience recordings sometimes faded out and back in (perhaps at the CD volume splits) and duplicated some audio in the process, but I believe I caught those. I didn't see this as much with the soundboards.

the only thing that I can think of that is slightly worrying is Paul's voice in the opening verse of Maybe I'm amazed in the October 21 concert.
.but that's not your fault, it's the curse of ageing and of knowing how good it used to be.
