Re: PLASTIC ONO BAND 2021 BOX SET-THE NEW TRACKS
This is the sort of information I live for. Is there a good source for information in terms of recording dates for Lennon's Plastic Ono Band album in particular (and maybe, by extension, some dates for George's "All Things Must Pass" and maybe even Ringo's "Sentimental Journey"/"Beaucoups of Blues")?
1970 is a pet interest of mine at the moment and I'd love to understand the chronology a little better. Most Beatles related books tend to, perhaps understandably, completely drop off in April 1970.

My opinions are my own, but, my dog tends to agree with everything I say.

Chip Madinger and Mark Easter's revised "Eight Arms to Hold You" (2018) and Madinger and Scott Raile's "Lennology, Vol. 1" (2015) are must-haves for the 1968-2000 period.onemojofilter wrote: ↑Sun Apr 18, 2021 1:18 am This is the sort of information I live for. Thank you, I've had my eye on Lennonology for a while and I've also heard many good things about Eight Arm as well. I'll start saving up!!beatlesondvd wrote: ↑Sun Apr 18, 2021 5:23 amChip Madinger and Mark Easter's revised "Eight Arms to Hold You" (2018) and Madinger and Scott Raile's "Lennology, Vol. 1" (2015) are must-haves for the 1968-2000 period.onemojofilter wrote: ↑Sun Apr 18, 2021 1:18 am This is the sort of information I live for. A must have for every fan/collector!!, my long-time Bible. Now, in terms of sources of information already available, just remember how my review starts: "Many known facts and information regarding these sessions will have to be rewritten as this new collection has come to contribute with new things". You can check the differences in the information by yourself against the previously available info in many places, such as: session dates, take numbers, extra sessions details, etc that are now confirmed in 2021 and published for the first time.onemojofilter wrote: ↑Sun Apr 18, 2021 5:11 pmThank you, I've had my eye on Lennonology for a while and I've also heard many good things about Eight Arm as well. I think if Mike is able to make a write-up for the future All Things Must Pass box that would be incredible
