All 26 tracks are now up for evaluation: I'm still thinking of ways to squeeze some more juice from the lemon (so to speak). At the very least, I have to trim off a slim gap of silence from the front end of each track (and fix up the back end of some tracks) before coming up with a downloadable version.

Alas, traditional Star Club releases will all sound like what the concert would have sounded like if you became ill and had to spend the evening in the rest room sitting upon the toilet: you can hear and feel the power of the backing cutting through the walls of the rest room (but the vocals aren't able to fully break through to the same extent).

The tracks with Fred Fascher singing directly into the microphone is how the tracks with Beatles vocals should have sounded: you can hear him clapping along to the rhythm of the band, at times, during his performances. It sounds like the crowd loved him. (I don't think that the bad microphone placement was the fault of The Beatles, though).

I've settled for a different approach with my version: lots of bottom end and top end (as well as vocal clarity, as much as possible: for some of the tracks, it's still a guessing game for what words are being said or sung!!).
