Question: Loud noise at the beginning of Get Back (One)?

Hey there! Does any of you know what's the loud noise at the beginning of roof's first Get Back? It's after Paul says "Ok, it's 1,2,3,4".
Is it an amp that blew up or what was it? Will that noise be present on PJ's documentary?
Sorry if it is a stupid question, but that doubt haunted me for years.

The first couple distorted notes? Sounds like they just overloaded the amps for a second (or someone recording the sound had the mix too hot).

There is a non-distorted version though, heard on the "Last Licks Live" boot.
