Thank you, Vee-Jay!
Your explanation was most informative.
I am looking forward to the series and will be here for the duration.
It will be a brand new journey in many ways.
These albums are often passed over, so, it will be nice to have them represented.
If nothing else, it is an opportunity for persons like myself.

Thanks for the new, improved re-vamp of this series, Vee-Jay! I seem to have missed "Meet The Beatles!" Would anyone be able to share that rip?

Hi all, I joined here in February but nothing much happened during the first week, so I kinda forgot to check back later
Now I rediscovered this and found most kind souls from bootlegzone here! However, I missed Vee-Jays great uploads of Meet The Beatles and A Hard Day's Night vinyls... Could someone please upload them again for me, I'd be most grateful - and won't miss anything in the future.
Thanks all, and stay safe still.

When the CD's came out in 1987 & Past Masters in 1988...
Any Beatles Albums, before 1987 were the US Versions.
After most of the CD's came out, Capitol released the LP's after the CD's
Billboard at the time had a CD Chart & the Top 200 Album Chart..
The CD's at the time were only on the CD Chart,
& months later in 1987 the UK LP's went into the Top 200 Chart
For a couple of Years, the US LP's some had different Catalog Numbers, & then deleted
Until Capitol Albums Vol-1 [2003], & Capitol Albums Vol-2 [2006],
helped resolve the US LP's on CD, in Stereo & Mono editions on each CD
Too bad EMI was having issues, in business, & ended up not releasing Capitol Albums Vol-3
Luckily for us is Vinyl & Tape rips, & modern technology, to make these recording nice to listened to
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Universal US LP's Box set in again in Stereo & Mono..
They did not use the Dave Dexter Jr Mixes he mixed in Fake Stereo [Meet The Beatles to Rubber Soul]
& they did not use Bill Miller's Mixes for 'Yesterday And Today, & 'Revolver'
The Beatles Story came out on CD for the first & only time....
I have a CD Rip, DAT Rip, & Mono & Stereo Vinyl Rips, somewhere hiding in my collection
A Hard Day's Night US CD, I was disappointed,
when they used the UK Stereo for 'I Should Have Known Better', with Harmonica Break
as the US Version, is on the US 1982 'Reel Music' LP, which mirrors the A Hard Day's Night-OST [US] Mix,
Where the Harmonica goes straight into the song, like the single
But the CD of the OST, did have the long version, of 'I'll Cry Instead', in true Stereo, for the first time
United Artists & Capitol's Version of A Hard Day's Night-OST...on LP from 1964- to about 1990
George Martin's Music was in True Stereo, & The Beatles Songs were in Fake Stereo
Not sure if it was George Martin who mixed it or someone at United Artists

I have been looking for a non DESS Beatles Story Mono Vinyl Rip,
and if you happen to have it,I would really appreciate it if you can post
it when you have time.
