According to the scans and the track listing it would be the US version. This Russian vinyl replica was mine before I sold it. Own rip & scan. I don't know which version the CDs were made from. I have no idea what that means 'a needle-drop of an official copy'.

To answer your question, "a needle-drop of an official copy" is a rip of a vinyl LP done using an official LP (needle-drop to differentiate from a "CD rip" as it involves more manipulation and more technical know-how).
