The video format is .ISO
I've never been able to sort out ISO's so I've never watched these.
I'm sure all this material has been superceded with upgrades, so this is probably more for completists only.

Thanks, I don't seem to have these. ISOs are basically an image file of the entire disc as opposed to the files in the file system only.
You can play ISOs of DVDs directly with VLC Player.
Or you can "mount them" (usually as simple as right click and mount in Windows) at which point they become like any other external drive and you see the contents (the VIDEO_TS structure etc). So you can drag and drop / copy out the VIDEO_TS structure if you prefer at this point. Then unmount like you would any other external drive like a USB drive.
