Just for the record it wasn't Sefton park, it was Allerton Golf course

Damn right it's Allerton Golf course, you can see the flats on Menlove Avenue and Woolton Water Tower in the background. Not that this matters to Apple who routinely include the photos on calendars and CD releases and attribute the photos to Sefton Park!

"All Together Now" 1995 (Granada TV - 30 minutes) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6018024/

This was a trailer for the upcoming Anthology series. It consists mainly of 'Celebrities recalling their earliest and fondest memories of the Beatles'
Also includes the UK premieres of Free As a Bird & Real Love

George's slide guitar work on these two tracks still chills me.

Here's a BBC audio documentary for a change. We all know about the 1967 trip to Bangor, North Wales but not many know about the trip to South Wales in the same year. It's a bit of an eye opener.... The Beatles in Tonypandy

Thanks Nimbus, these are appreciated.

Thank you, Nimbus! A great opportunity to listen to the programme which is not currently available. Possibly unintentionally, you posted it 4 years to the day after it was broadcast (1 April 2017) on BBC Radio Wales.

The programme description says: "Euron Griffith explores an obscure chapter in the annals of The Beatles, when in 1967 the Fab Four reportedly spent a week (some say 10 days) in the Rhondda as the guests of one of the town's most celebrated figures in pigeon racing: Mr Tom Morris.

Talking to Mr Morris's widow Eileen and other figures in the town, Euron gains a fascinating insight into the world of pigeon fancying, and its attraction for the four Liverpudlians.
Clive Harris of the Rhondda Pigeon Federation pays tribute to Tom Morris, while Martin Stanbrooke of Liverpool John Moore's University hails the recent rediscovery of the Tom Morris diaries as a major coup for Beatles studies.

Euron also discovers rare archive recordings of the Beatles in Wales, including an early demo of one of their best known songs."

Back to 1984 now for a South Bank Show - featuring Paul's 'Broad Street'. My VHS copy was missing the first 20 seconds and last 4 minutes so I've tagged on a copy from an alternative source. You'll notice the clumsy edits and a watermark on the end bit. The quality isn't bad, considering it's nearly 40 years ago. As always, if there are better sources elsewhere then do let us know.

Here's another from Mr McCartney. This is 'Standing Stone - The Documentary' from the BBC in 1997. This is not the concert, but the making of Standing Stone. I've not seen this on utube etc so don't know if it's been shared around before.
