Re: EVOLVER (Dear Prudence/Martha My Dear)
Here's two new ones from the White Album...
First up is Dear Prudence with all the backing vocals mixed out. I always hated those low "round round round" bits that George and Jackie Lomax contributed - sounds like a bunch of satanists. Not sure how you feel about it but I like the song better with just John.
After that is Martha My Dear with the disco strings mixed out. I can't help thinking of Saturday Night Fever every time I hear them. I think it sounds nice with just the brass band - very Northern! His vocal is also single tracked which gives it a different feel.
Enjoy!

Whoops, screwed up bigtime there. That garbage at the end of Dear Prudence isn't meant to be there of course.
Here is the proper mix:

Re: EVOLVER (Dear Prudence - again)
At the moment wetransfer is off line
as I needed the files after John Lennon's Imagine...
bad timing...I'll have to wait at least 4 hours, as I'm not going to be home

Re: EVOLVER (Dear Prudence - again)
These two tracks are really good. Thank you! Is there a chance you can strip "Martha" even further... would it be a bit too naughty if you snipped off the horns?
