Birth of The Beatles 1979 Soundtrack

Post by broadstreet1010 »

I'm on the hunt for the birth of the beatles soundtrack from the 1979 biopic. The versions in the film are incomplete but the complete versions do exist and are out there. If anyone has any leads or has them would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

not sure that imdb is where you should look for music.

according to the hoffman forums there was never an LP released

remember when you were in The Beatles? and the song goes, “And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make”? You.. you remember that?

Yes.

Uh.. is that true?

Yes, Chris. In my experience I find, the more you give, the more you get.

I did a search myself after the reply and saw that for some reason it comes up first on the results.

Well the soundtrack would have been related to the movie, so it fits IMDB...

But since it doesn't seem to exist, all bets are off!

The group was called Rain. They have a Wiki page but I can't see any evidence of an audio release.

You could try the official Stuart Sutcliffe page.

Of course, all the songs will be accredited to Stuart, but we know different ;)
