The VHS and Laserdisc were 8 pieces each and nothing else.

The offficial DVD was the same 8 pieces across 4 dvds and 1 bonus dvd

The unreleased directors cut was 10 dvds which the contained the work in progress cut of the intended 8 episodes/discs and the extra 2 dvds had "bonus" material and thr relevant promotional material.

Thank you Mark for yet another splendid LD transfer and trip down memory lane. If I'm feeling really nostalgic, I can always break out my set and hold the jackets in my hands, just like listening to LPs - but on second thought, that would detract from viewing the actual video 😁.

The official 1996 VHS and Laserdisc sets have 8 tapes / discs respectively.

The official 2003 DVD boxset has 5 discs. Two episodes per disc across 4 DVDs and a 5th disc of special features.

Finally the unofficial Picture Perfect Director’s Cut boxset has 10 discs (later versions were rebooted putting 2 episodes on each disc reducing it to a 5 DVD set.)

Only a handful left to do then we've reached the end.
