On the CD the dialogue/narration fades out between tracks. Is it complete on the DVD?

I'm looking for the complete show with narration intact as an upgrade to the original 1980s audience recordings of the show.

Is it possible to rip the audio from the DVD if the show is complete there?

You can extract audio from DVD with dvddecrypte.
