Thank you, Lord Reith, and thank you to the many other people who have contributed material and wisdom to HAHBS over these past many months. Years ago, rumor was that HMC or some other label would soon be issuing a BBC box to end all box sets. That set never came, which disappointed many of us. In the end though, what's landed here is a BBC set that NEVER could've been equaled by a silver-pressed boot label. Thank you.

I missed most of the set (with Covid) and was wondering if anyone was planning on putting up comprehensive links with the patches? I’ve started going through the thread but I’m a bit confused.

I've lost count how many versions there've been of the BBC set but each one brings us a little bit more.

I can still remember the amazement of finding the 9-cd (with the little extra bonus disc) Great Dane set at a record fair in the late 90's. Does anyone have an idea of how many extra songs we have since that set?

So this is it, right? I will miss the regular offering of new and improved BBC tracks. I'm still taking my time getting through all this. I had never spent much time with the non-music stuff, but it is interesting. I listened to Juke Box Jury this morning. What an uncomfortable position to put musicians in.
