What was Linda McCartney's role in the songwriting?

Post by twogurusindrag »

I wonder if she was always playing music that Paul wrote or if she contributed to the writing (as more than a sounding board).
She's a drag. A well-known drag. We turn the sound down on her and say rude things.

She probably didn't have time, being the cook of the house and all. :P

Paul often commented about that, probably was more a case of "bouncing off ideas" most of the time and of course bringing in some cash when all of Paul's money was tied up in Apple. She never got another credit after that problem went away ;-)

Her biggest claim to songwriting fame is probably the "reggae" bridge in "Live and Let Die".
