That's fantastic!

I suppose the cut part from RM5 couldn't be added to this reconstruction, because of its low quality (and mono audio)?
Great work, as usual.

csnyfan, could you take a look at: 1968-08-22 Back in the U.S.S.R. [take 5 without overdubs]
Is this the speed you want it at? Also, I still hear a bit of guitar overdub at 3.4 seconds, and the cymbals are a little swishy. I'd really love to keep it because we need somewhere to put the count-in and guide vocal.

I am fairly sure now that that's not actually accurate. I think that the basic was really just the one track of bass, guitar and snare and that the solo drums with the count in are actually overdubbed.masterjedi wrote: ↑Mon Jan 15, 2024 3:10 am csnyfan, could you take a look at: 1968-08-22 Back in the U.S.S.R. Thanks, another great reconstructed outtake with a complete ending!

I think you can hear the basic track in the LFE channel of the 5.1 mix: drums, rhythm guitar and bass.csnyfan wrote: ↑Mon Jan 15, 2024 7:31 amI am fairly sure now that that's not actually accurate. Like here, at the very start:
Also, I can hear only one guide vocal, and it appears to be Harrison's.
Thinking about the drums... if you listen the Rock Band multitracks, apart from an artifact-y overdub on them (coming from the guitar track being CEDARed and then put on the drums stem), I can't hear any other instruments bleeding through.
