Have you used the audio from the new resync by Disney+? Cause I heard all the audio glitches are now gone

Of course not (I was too fast!) so I guess I get to do it all over again... Or you can do it, I don't have any secret method

The bad news is the sound quality is only 128 kbps in AAC codec. I think the best way (for me) is using Chapter Editor, MKVToolNix and Foobar2000. This is how I would do it:

First of all I need a chapter file for the .mp4 video. This is the setlist with timecode in a .txt file, in this format:

00:00:00.000 Intro
00:00:45.012 Can't Buy Me Love
etc.

If you extract only the AAC audio track in MKVToolNix, I get a .mka file without recode. The Chapter Editor can convert the .txt to .cue for the .mka audio. If I open the audio in foobar with the .cue file, I can convert it to splitted tracks in mp3, flac, wav or whatever. And with the Drax software I can set the chapters in .mp4 without remux or recode.
